I believe all of your tips are really effective and very informative. I research these things as well and I am in the process of trying to lose body fat for my wedding in July. I am in my 3rd week and I have lost 9lbs so far. I will be doing before and after pictures towards the day of my wedding and I’ll be sure to let people know that your tips and workouts are super effective…KEEP UP THE WORK!!!!
Mike, Are your workouts geared primarily towards men? I think women don’t generally have weight in their belly area but my body seems to want to! I want to shed the weight now, before its a major problem… should I attempt your workouts even if I don’t think I am at a fitness level to finish them?
